Local air conditioning
NABERS UK, The Rules, Energy for Offices Version 1.0, published by NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment in November 2020, defines local air conditioning as: ‘Equipment providing heating and/or cooling that is not connected to the Base Building air conditioning system, typically in the form of a packaged air conditioning unit.’
